This project contains 701 acres and is located on the east side of I-95, near the Spotsylvania Hospital Center and Massaponax exit. This project is being rezoned and developed by Walton Development, Inc. and has 2,607 units, 888 multi-family units, 580 single-family detached units, 230 assisted living units, 909 townhomes and 1.6 million square feet of commercial development. The project includes the extension of Hospital Blvd (4 lane roadway) and a new bridge over I-95 to connect to the proposed Jackson Village project. The bridge will be constructed in conjunction with Spotsylvania County and VDOT utilizing 50/50 matching funds for the 8 million dollar structure.
