Bowman performed site design and permitting for the Austin Regional Clinic in Kyle, Texas. This project, situated on approximately 2.48 acres in the Uptown area of the Plum Creek Development, includes medical offices, a coffee shop, and an associated parking lot. Bowman worked closely with the architect, utility providers, and City staff. Grading, paving, drainage, on-site water and wastewater lines design and parking requirements were the major design elements included in this Site Plan preparation. This was the first site plan in the City of Kyle with zero set back lines. Bowman helped to introduce this new urban development concept to the City.
