A private, exclusive gated community consisting of 10 lots, this infill development provides for a growing demand of an urban lifestyle in a popular Phoenix neighborhood. Located on 1.7 acres near 24th Street and Osborn Road, these 10 homes were designed in a cluster-type development with 4 lots sharing a driveway, incorporating the city-approved element for single-family attached development. Bowman provided design for private and public sewer plans, developing a solution for utilities that complied with existing building code and avoided a lengthy building code modification process. Design of the project also included underground retention storage, grading and drainage plans, private access way road paving plans, and drainage report.
