This project consisted of the design of a four-story, 83,000 sq. ft. residence hall centrally located on the campus of Bloomfield College. The project is the largest in the college’s history and will create a space for a 240-bed dormitory, classrooms, and approximately 7,600 sq. ft. of office/commercial/retail options at street level. Bowman’s role included land surveying, planning and feasibility studies, site plan development, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration and observation.
