Bowman provided surveying, civil engineering design, construction stakeout, and construction administration services for the U.S. Border Patrol station in Nogales, Arizona. The installation of the new modular facility included re-grading the existing site, delivering supporting water and sewer line extensions, and expansion and repaving of the existing parking lot.
