Johnson Ranch North is a 287 acre commercial and low density residential development located in Comal County within the ETJ of the City of Bulverde, Texas. The site is located within the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone.

Bowman Consulting provided professional engineering and surveying services for Lennar Homes of Texas, including preliminary design, site control, utility system layout, site and lot grading, design of storm water facilities, preparation of subdivision construction plans and final plats, and construction phase services for the subdivision. Bowman Consulting also prepared and obtained an Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone Permit through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

The master planned residential development consists of approximately 455 single family lots, a wastewater lift station, a water storage tank, and a detention pond.

The first phase consisted of 5 units, including 154 single family residential lots and 11 right-of-way and open space lots. The second phase consisted of 190 single family residential lots and 7 right-of-way and open space lots.
