Bowman delivered civil engineering design services for the 177-acre Promenade project in the Town of Castle Rock, which is one of the largest community center developments in the country. The site blends multiple big box grocery and retail lots, numerous services and restaurants, multifamily apartments, and commercial outdoor spaces. The project includes 1.5 million square feet of retail space, and 360 apartments. Located at the north end of Castle Rock, it features a grand heart & plaza, fountains, outdoor seating and play areas.
