This new Public Storage facility is located on approximately 6 acres in Seville Commons development. The project consists of nine buildings offering a mix of self-storage units with nearly 100,000 square feet of storage space, plus an office and apartment for the onsite caretaker.
With an abundance of impervious surfaces created when constructing a storage facility, the design required a drainage plan incorporating four storm water retention basins. Bowman Consulting provided survey services including a re-plat of the property and as-built plan certification. Civil improvement design services consisted of grading and drainage, water and wastewater plans.
The project site was designed with a layout fully accessible by fire truck apparatus. The design elements for the storage facility remained consistent and compatible with the adjacent property’s architectural and landscape theme to retain the integrity of the development.
