The Rosslyn Commons project involved two towers with a total of 474 residential units and four levels of underground parking garage. The project consisted of the design of two underground stormwater management vaults, water and sanitary sewer connections, and frontage improvements. Coordination with the architect, MEP, landscape architect, structural engineer, dry utility consultant, and construction manager were required.
