The site was originally zoned as a strip mall for retail shops. Bowman Consulting was brought to the project to prepare the rezoning package and site plan. Services continued with the design of the final site plan. Additional services included engineering the community’s utilities, roadways and stormwater management system, and performing boundary, topographical and stake-out survey services.
