Bowman Consulting is more than just a muti-disciplinary firm. Since our inception, we have been committed to giving financial assistance, time, and our skills to the communities in which we work. As a company and as individuals, we have contributed financially to numerous charitable organizations. The company also provides employees with hours of paid time each month during normal work hours to use for volunteer efforts.
Bowman Consulting, for example, is supporting the mission of Homestretch, a locally-based organization that is tackling the issue of transitional housing for homeless families with children under the age of 18 in Fairfax County.
We support the mission of Homestretch with financial contributions, and by helping the organization pursue opportunities to expand its services in Arlington, Loudoun and Prince William Counties. In addition, Bowman Consulting encourages its employees to become personally involved in such activities for Homestretch as collection drives for supplies for kitchen and school and gifts and supplies for families during the holiday season. And, because Homestretch has no immediate plans for a presence in suburban Maryland, we are looking for similar organizations with which to partner there.
