Bowman Consulting Announces Chief Human Resources Officer
Chantilly, VA (03/01/04) - Bowman Consulting, one of the Washington, D.C. area's leading civil engineering companies, announced that Patricia A. Hollar joined the firm as Chief Human Resources Officer.
