New Personnel In Annapolis Office
Chantilly, VA — Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. is pleased to announce that William ‘Ron’ Anderson, Robert Fernandez, and Kenneth Burington have joined Bowman Consulting in its Annapolis, MD office. Mr. Anderson will be the Director of Surveys, Mr. Fernandez will serve as a senior project manager, and Mr. Burington will assist with survey project management. All three professionals were long-standing employees with Harms & Associates, a multi-disciplined engineering firm located in Pasadena, MD.
Mr. Anderson has over 30 years of practical survey experience. As Director of Surveys, he is responsible for various operational aspects, including client satisfaction, project delivery, quality control, and financial performance. He is a licensed land surveyor in Maryland and Delaware.
Mr. Fernandez is a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in commercial, residential and industrial projects. The majority of his work has been in land development with emphasis in Project Management. He is a licensed civil engineer in Maryland.
Mr. Burington has over 25 years experience in the surveying field, including boundary and topographic surveys, telecom utility land acquisition and placement, public utility land acquisition, project coordination, and project management. He has many years of federal project experience and will be assisting Mr. Anderson.
