Bowman Consulting Expands Its Virginia Beach Office And Establishes A New Office In North Carolina

Chantilly, VA — Bowman Consulting is pleased to announce that it has acquired The Vision Group (TVG), a civil engineering and construction management company with offices in Chesapeake, VA and Edenton, NC. With this acquisition, Bowman strengthens its presence in the Tidewater region of Virginia and expands into North Carolina. TVG, established in 2004, has a range of experience that includes commercial site plans, residential and commercial subdivisions, industrial site plans, roadways, and utility design. The owners of the firm - Tom LeBeau, Ken Sisk, and Jim Nelms all join the Bowman team with an extensive project portfolio. TVG has been instrumental in the development and construction of a large number of successful projects in the Southeast Virginia/Hampton Roads area and in Northeast North Carolina. Among its current notable projects is the Wachovia Center development in downtown Norfolk. The TVG staff will work in Bowman’s Virginia Beach office at 1561 Bradford Road, as well as in the new Bowman office at 518 Coke Avenue in Edenton, NC.
